Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ Plus 12.4” 256GB Android Review
The Galaxy Tab S10+ is a premium Android tablet ruined by one terrible choice: it only has 12GB of storage. Here's why that's a deal-breaker.
Overview
The Galaxy Tab S10+ is a fantastic Android tablet that's been kneecapped by one baffling decision. Everything about it feels premium and fast, from the gorgeous 12.4-inch screen to the smooth performance. But Samsung shipped it with a paltry 12GB of storage, which lands it in the 1st percentile. That's not just low, it's borderline unusable for a modern media device. If you're buying this, you're committing to living in the cloud or constantly managing files.
Performance
The performance is solid across the board, sitting in the 70th percentile for CPU and GPU. It handles multitasking with 12GB of RAM like a champ, and the AI features for art and note-taking are genuinely snappy. What surprised me was the connectivity, though. For a 2024 tablet, only having WiFi 5 feels like a step back, especially when everything else is so modern.

Cons
- **12GB of storage is a joke.** You'll fill it up with a few apps and a movie download. 2th
- WiFi 5 connectivity is outdated and will bottleneck your internet speed.
- Battery life is just average, not great for all-day use away from an outlet.
- It's awkwardly positioned against Samsung's own more powerful Tab S10 Ultra.

Value & Pricing
At $525, this is a tough sell. You're getting a great screen and capable hardware, but the crippling storage and old WiFi standard make it feel like a compromised device from day one. You're not getting good value here, you're getting a headache.
Price History
vs Competition
Compared to the 13-inch iPad Pro, you lose out on app ecosystem polish and raw power, but you gain more flexibility with file management and those cool AI features. The real competition is from within Samsung's own lineup: the Tab S10 Ultra gives you a bigger, better screen and more storage for not much more money, making this Plus model feel redundant. If you're deep in the Android world, skip this and look at the Ultra. If you're not, the iPad Pro is the safer, more powerful choice.

Verdict
I can't recommend the Galaxy Tab S10+ in this configuration. The terrible storage situation is a deal-breaker for a device meant to hold your movies, art, and documents. It's a great tablet that's been sabotaged by its own specs. Unless you find a version with more storage, or you plan to use it exclusively as a cloud terminal, give this one a hard pass and look at the Tab S10 Ultra or an iPad Pro instead.
