Overview

This laptop is a bizarre and confusing mess. The one thing you need to know is that it has a whopping 512GB of RAM, which is utterly pointless for a machine with a single-core AMD CPU from what feels like the stone age. It's like putting a jet engine on a go-kart. The specs are so wildly mismatched it's almost funny, and the terrible reliability and CPU scores tell you everything about its actual usability.

Performance

The performance is exactly what you'd expect from a 1-core CPU. It lands in the 1st percentile, which means it's slower than 99% of other laptops. The integrated Intel UHD graphics are fine for basic video, but it scored a dismal 15.6/100 for gaming, so don't even think about it. The only thing that's fast is the RAM, but you'll never be able to use it because the CPU is a massive bottleneck.

Value & Pricing

At $390, it's a cheap curiosity. At $470, it's a terrible deal. You're paying for a massive amount of RAM you can't use, saddled to a CPU that will struggle with modern web browsing. There is no scenario where this represents good value for a new computer.

vs Competition

Forget the high-end gaming laptops on the competitor list. They're in a different universe. A more relevant comparison is any modern budget laptop. Even a basic $500 Chromebook or an entry-level Lenovo IdeaPad with a modern dual-core processor will run circles around this thing in daily tasks and feel much more reliable. If you need a big screen for media, a last-gen iPad or a used business laptop would be a smarter buy.

Verdict

Do not buy this laptop. It's a Frankenstein's monster of specs built around a critically weak central component. The terrible CPU and reliability scores are huge red flags. Spend your money on literally any other modern, balanced system. This one is a hard pass.
