The Dell Pro Micro Plus packs a shockingly fast 20-core CPU into a tiny chassis, making it perfect for office work and business apps. Its integrated graphics are terrible for gaming, and you can't upgrade the RAM. At the low end of its price range, it's a smart buy for a corporate micro PC.

This thing is tiny. Dell's Pro Micro Plus RPK15 isn't much bigger than a couple of paperback books stacked together, but inside it's rocking a 20-core Intel Core Ultra 7 265 that belongs in a much larger desktop. It's clearly built for offices and cubicles, not gaming dens. Windows 11 Pro and vPro support mean IT departments can deploy it and sleep easy.

We've seen micro PCs that cut too many corners. This one doesn't. You get Wi-Fi 6E, a healthy six USB-A ports, and three DisplayPort 1.4a outputs for triple monitors. The integrated graphics won't impress anyone who games, but for spreadsheets, video calls, and multitasking, it's more than enough.

The Core Ultra 7 265 sits in the 89th percentile of all desktops we've tested, so this little box is a genuine multitasking monster. 16GB of DDR5 is middle-of-the-road, but it's plenty for Office, Teams, and a dozen browser tabs. The 512GB SSD is about average capacity, and the integrated Intel Graphics land right in the mediocre zone, so don't expect much beyond casual games. Connectivity is a standout though, with loads of USB and triple DisplayPort outs that are well above average.

Pricing is all over the place. We spotted this model as low as $1409 and as high as $2678 across different online retailers. If you can grab it near the lower end, it's a fair deal for a compact business PC with a top-tier mobile chip. At the inflated end, you're paying way too much for integrated graphics and soldered RAM. Shop around, and don't overpay.

The natural rival here is the Apple Mac mini M4. That little aluminum slab obliterates this Dell in GPU tasks and sips power, but it runs macOS, which is a non-starter for many business environments. HP's OMEN 45L or Lenovo's Legion Tower 5i are in a different galaxy altogether, they're big, loud, and built for gaming, but they'd crush this Dell in any 3D workload. This Dell is for someone who wants an invisible office PC, not a flashy tower.

If you have any interest in gaming, 3D modeling, or video rendering that needs a real GPU, skip this. The integrated graphics just aren't up to it. Also, if you need more than 16GB of RAM down the line, look for a mini PC with DIMM slots instead.

This is a purpose-built office drone, and it excels at that. If you need a compact, quiet desktop that can chew through spreadsheets, handle AI-accelerated business apps, and sit unnoticed under a monitor all day, it's a solid pick. IT managers will love the vPro features. The CPU is the undeniable star here.
