Uno schermo non ti basta più? L'ASUS Zenbook Duo UX8406 te ne piazza due, entrambi OLED 3K a 120Hz, e li gestisce con un Intel Core Ultra 9 che è una scheggia. È la risposta definitiva a chi vive di multitasking estremo e non vuole un monitor esterno sempre appresso. La tastiera magnetica si stacca, il kickstand integrato lo trasforma in una mini workstation portatile. Pesa solo 1,65 kg, quasi come un ultrabook normale. Peccato che la GPU Intel Arc integrata lo renda inutile per il gaming e il prezzo ballerino tra 1986$ e quasi 40000$ sia da mani nei capelli. Ma se fai sul serio con la produttività, questo aggeggio ti svolta la giornata.
Prestazioni
Nei nostri test con database interni, la CPU si piazza nell'88° percentile: un mostro per calcoli, compilazione e multitasking con decine di schede aperte. I 32GB di RAM sono in fascia alta (90° percentile) e tengono a bada qualsiasi software assetato. La sorpresa? L'Intel Arc, sebbene integrata, non è una frana totale: con 16GB di VRAM dedicati, gestisce editing video leggero e qualche gioco vecchio senza troppi singhiozzi. Ma non farti illusioni: appena alzi i dettagli in titoli moderni, crolla. La vera forza sta nei due pannelli: fluidi, luminosi, calibrati Pantone. Non abbiamo mai visto un portatile da produttività così reattivo e piacevole da guardare.
