The AGM PAD P2 is a budget Android tablet that tries to punch above its weight. It's got a big 11-inch screen and runs the latest Android 14, which is a nice touch for the price. But you're getting what you pay for here, and that means some serious compromises under the hood.

Let's be real, the performance is rough. The MediaTek Helio G99 processor lands in the 2nd percentile for CPU power, and the GPU is even worse at the 5th percentile. That means basic stuff like scrolling and web browsing is okay, but don't expect to play any demanding games. It scored a dismal 14.5/100 for productivity, so this isn't a work machine. The 90Hz screen helps scrolling feel a bit smoother, but the weak internals hold everything back.

At around $190, it's cheap. You're getting a big screen and a lot of storage for that money. But you're also getting very slow performance. It's a decent value if all you want is a big screen for watching videos in bed, but as soon as you ask it to do more, it struggles.

The P2's main draw is its low price and big screen, but you sacrifice speed and future-proofing for it.

Buy this only if your budget is super tight and you just need a big screen for streaming videos and light web browsing. Students needing a device for notes or anyone wanting to do real work should look elsewhere. It's strictly for very casual, basic use.
