The Lenovo Legion 7i Gen 10 is a powerhouse that doesn't hide its purpose. It's got a 16-core Intel 255HX CPU and an RTX 5060 GPU, all wrapped in a surprisingly sleek 16-inch OLED package. This thing is built to game and create, and it's not shy about it.

That 255HX CPU is a monster, landing in the 91st percentile. It'll crush any creative workload you throw at it. The RTX 5060 is solid for 1600p gaming, hitting the 83rd percentile, but it's the 165Hz OLED screen that steals the show. Colors pop, motion is smooth, and 500 nits is bright enough for most rooms. Just know the 84Wh battery isn't going to last you all day on the go.

At around $1760, you're paying for that incredible OLED screen and the top-shelf CPU. The GPU and RAM are more mid-range for the price. If the screen is your top priority, it's a compelling package. If raw gaming frames per dollar matters more, you can find better value.

Compared to the Apple MacBook Pro M4, you get a far better screen for media and way more gaming power, but you lose out on battery life, portability, and the Apple ecosystem. Against something like the MSI Vector 16 HX, you'll likely get a more powerful GPU for similar money, but you'll sacrifice that gorgeous OLED panel and likely some build quality. The Lenovo Legion Pro 7i is a closer sibling; you'd trade this OLED for a higher-refresh mini-LED screen, often with a more powerful GPU, for a similar price.

Buy this if you're a media consumer or creator who games on the side and values a stunning screen above all else. The OLED is that good. But if you're a pure, hardcore gamer focused on max fps, or if you need all-day battery life, look at the competitors with more powerful GPUs or more efficient chips.
