The Samsung Odyssey G55C is a budget gaming powerhouse. You get a huge, fast 1440p curved screen for a shockingly low price, but you sacrifice every extra feature to get there.

The Samsung Odyssey G55C is a solid, no-frills gaming monitor that gets the basics right. It's a 32-inch curved screen with a sharp 1440p resolution and a smooth 165Hz refresh rate, and that's pretty much the whole story. The one thing to know is this: it's a fantastic value for a big, fast screen, but you're not getting premium features or build quality. It's a workhorse, not a show pony.

The performance is exactly what you'd expect from the specs, which is a good thing.
