The Intel 8650U CPU is dated, landing in the 13th percentile. It'll handle web browsing, documents, and video calls just fine, but don't expect speed. Only consider this if your budget is absolutely locked at $450, you need a 1TB SSD in a small laptop immediately, and performance is a distant concern. For almost everyone else, saving a bit more for a modern base model from Lenovo, Apple, or even Dell's own newer Latitudes is a much smarter long-term buy.
